  • Your mobile number
  • Your mailing address (recommended office address or make sure they will be someone there to pick up your lenses)
  • Product Model
  • Color
  • Prescription (Your power, if any)
  • Quantity

We will later email you the banking details.


Once the transaction has gone through we will treat it as confirmed sales.


No refund will be allowed. 


We will then email you with tracking number. You shall be able to receive your lenses within 3 working days.
