SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES

Nationwide Deliveries 
1. PosLaju [West Malaysia] - RM8 (Expected time arrival will be 1-2 working days from email notification)
2. PosLaju [East Malaysia] - RM12 (Expected time arrival will be 1-2 working days from email notification)

Once payment received, we will proceed your order.
An SMS notification with Tracking Number will send to you once the order is shipped.

Return Policies
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons if you purchased wrong model/colour and prescription. 
Therefore, we advise you to make sure you are placing the right contact lenses before you order.

If it happened that we ship your order wrongly, please email to asktwinkleeyes@gmail.com and let us know within 7 days from the date of the receipt and we will replace it free of charge.

Items shall be returned provided they are unopened, undamaged and in original condition.

Defective Products
 In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away.  please email to asktwinkleeyes@gmail.com and return us within 7 days.

We will need to return them to the manufacturer for analysis. If our manufacturer agrees the lenses are defective, a replacement lens will be issued at no cost.

Please note that defective lenses may only be exchanged for the exact same lens and prescription. We cannot issue refunds for defective items.

Mailing Instruction
 Please pack your return carefully to ensure your lenses are not damaged in shipment – we cannot issue replacement for items damaged in transit. Also, you are advised to ship your package using a trackable carrier to avoid lost of shipment. We are not able to issue replacement for lost in transit.
